Workshop Day
It was time to gather everybody together and talk about the future of Art of Crime. What is important in correlation to the vision, and what short term tasks needed focus to make Crimeville even better to the tweens! Despite of the busy schedule the management took time to preserve a workshop day to all employees.
The workshop also included “time to have fun” where everybody could have a nice time with each other besides of work. The day started with Go-Card racing at www.power-racing.dk. We were divided into teams of three persons and raced each other in a one hour long race. The tactics of pitstops was also an interesting part of the race.

After the racing it was time to split people into small groups where they could work on 3 short term tasks. It was a very productive day where everybody participated and gave valuable input. The sessions aligned people to focus on the vision.
The day ended with an exclusive dinner at Denmark’s Aquarium. We got a tour from one of the guides and we watched the fish getting feed. During the tour we were served bobbles and delicious canapés and snacks. Here some pictures:
